NORTH AMERICA–Prager Metis CPAs, an accounting and advisory firm, has appointed Lewis Stark as the company’s newest partner in its Royalty Audit and Contract Compliance Services Group.

Stark–who specializes in conducting royalty, distribution and profit participation audits; contract compliance investigations; and vendor, landlord and tenant examinations–will now be responsible for protecting the integrity and value of IP including copyrights, trademarks, brands and patents for Prager Metis’ clients.
