In her new role, Mason will oversee both the trade and consumer marketing strategies for the studio's growing business divisions including production, distribution, merchandising, original IP development and digital content. She will also oversee the strategy and promotion of all digital content and social media initiatives for the studio and its subsidiaries.
Mason joins Guru Studio with more than 10 years of experience in marketing and communications at the Canadian media companies Blue Ant Media, Alliance Atlantis and CBC Television where she launched and grew brands including HGTV, National Geographic, BBC Canada and the Smithsonian Channel.
