FremantleMedia Kids & Family has expanded its London-based team with the appointment of Kirstie Brockett to the role of brand manager, and Chapman Maddox to the role of vice president of development and production.

In her new role, Brockett will work on FremantleMedia’s preschool shows “Kate & Mim-Mim” and “Ella the Elephant,” as well as the division’s archive, which includes shows such as “Rainbow” and “Count Duckula.”

Brockett was previously the assistant producer and brand manager for V&S Entertainment’s series “Everything’s Rosie.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Kirstie into the FremantleMedia Kids & Family team,” says Tessa Moore, senior vice president, global brand management. “She has an extensive background in developing a global girls preschool brand which will be hugely beneficial as she helps drive the continued growth of our key properties, particularly in the toy launch year for ‘Kate & Mim-Mim.’”

In Maddox’s new role, he will continue to executive produce the current TV series “Danger Mouse,” as well as develop new properties and oversee the production of existing series. Maddox previously served as the L.A.-based director of development for FremantleMedia.

“We are delighted that Chapman has swapped the sun of L.A. to join the U.K. team in Central London to take up this exciting new role, which recognizes his fantastic work on ‘Danger Mouse’ and with our existing co-production partners, and allows him to have a closer working relationship with our key partners in the U.K. and internationally,” says Bob Higgins, executive vice president, creative and production, FremantleMedia.
