FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment announced the appointment of three new senior roles under executive vice president and general manager of FMKFE Rick Glankler. The news completes the restructure of the Consumer Products business announced earlier this year and bolsters the FMKFE’s brand management team.

·      Henry Or, vice president, Kids & Family Entertainment, Asia. Or will be responsible for the kids business in the region. He will also develop a new Asia sales team to work on the distribution of KFE titles across broadcast, digital and Home Entertainment platforms, as well as building the consumer products business. Or will be responsible for developing local strategies for his market to build strong licensing programs, manage local agents and licensees and generate new business. Or joins FremantleMedia from Hit Entertainment, where he was director for Asia, overseeing and managing the daily operation for the Asia Pacific regional office.

·      Tracy Griffiths, VP, Licensing & Consumer Products EMEA & Australia. Griffiths, like Or, will be responsible for developing local strategies and licensing programs in Australia, as well as manage local agents and licensees to generate new business. She’ll expand FremantleMedia’s existing agents business in EMEA and will work closely with Liz Burnett, director of licensing, FMKFE. Griffiths also joins FremantleMedia from Hit Entertainment where she was group director, Softlines, EMEA.

·      Nicola Herrmann, global brand director. Herrmann will be responsible for FMKFE’s creation and execution of global and local brand strategies for key properties in its portfolio. She will report to Tessa Moore, senior vice president, global brand management. Herrmann joins the business from Zodiak Rights, where she was head of brand marketing

“I’m really excited about bringing Henry, Tracy and Nikki into the FremantleMedia family, says Rick Glankler, executive vice president and general manager, FMKFE. ”All three have an impressive track record in kids and family properties and extensive experience in developing international franchises. I’m very much looking forward to working with them as we continue to build on our rapid and growing success in the kids’ space to drive even more opportunities around the world.”
