FilmTrack, a provider of contracts, rights and royalty solutions that help companies maximize and manage their IP, has hired three new executives to help support its client base.

The appointments follow the company’s acquisition of RoyaltyZone in March 2016, which generated rapid growth for the company.

First, the company has appointed Holly Royer to serve as its product manager of consumer products. In her new position, Royer will focus on the continued enhancement and improvement of RoyaltyZone. She has also held positions with Dependable Solutions, Primedia and Peterson Publishing.

Next, Geo Verna has joined the team as director of solution consulting. Verna will assist FilmTrack clients with his software presales, integration and development experience to achieve their organization goals. Prior to FilmTrack, Verna worked at Twentieth Century Fox supporting Legal IT systems. Prior to Fox, he worked at Counterpoint Systems.

Finally, Matt Palmer has taken on the position of implementation manager. In his new role, Palmer will be responsible for the delivery of FilmTrack’s software solutions, stand up clients and set up organizations for success. Palmer joins FilmTrack from Vistex, where he assisted in implementation and support as an application consultant.

“We are excited to expand our team to welcome Geo Verna, Matt Palmer and Holly Royer to the FilmTrack family,” says Jason Kassin, chief executive officer and co-founder, FilmTrack. “Their expertise and in-depth industry knowledge supports our charter to focus on customer satisfaction.”
