Evode Group Adds Licensing Execs

EUROPE–The Evode Group, which owns brands like Merchmaker.com and Choosey.com, has tapped two new executives–Vickie O’Malley and Nicola Thompson–to help the company continue to grow and prosper.

Vickie O’Malley and Nicola Thompson will assist the company in its future growth endeavors.

O’Malley has joined the company as its board advisor, specializing in entertainment licensing. Presently, O’Malley is the managing director at Rockpool Licensing and has managed a host of consumer products programs for brands like

Despicable Me, Star Wars

, “Sesame Street,” WWE, “Star Trek” and England Rugby.

Meanwhile, Thompson has signed on as the Evode Group’s U.K. licensing and retail director. Most recently, Thompson worked for Rockpool Licensing; however, she also managed CPLG’s sports business for several years and oversaw clients such as The FA, RFU, Tough Mudder, St. Andrews Links, Tour de France and World Rally, among others.
