
Ferguson will be responsible for securing brand licensing partnerships for programs such as “MasterChef” and “The Biggest Loser.”

In his new role, Ferguson will be responsible for negotiating and securing partnerships across a variety of consumer product categories with a focus on e-commerce, publishing, branded content experiences and live events for Endemol Shine’s programs.
Most recently, Ferguson served as director of licensing partnerships at Endemol Shine North America, where he led initiatives including the “MasterChef” Cruise and “The Biggest Loser” Resorts. Before joining Endemol Shine in 2013, Ferguson was a lead designer and consultant for Focus Group West, where he led successful client-facing design and product launch services for brands including John Varvatos and Carolina Herrera.
