Dependable Solutions Inc. has hired Carmella Johns-Andruk as director of client services to help restructure its Client Services Division.

Johns-Andruk will oversee the DSI Client teams’ implementation processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction along with consistent delivery of software solutions.

With more than 20 years experience in the entertainment industry at Capitol Records, Twentieth Century Fox and Warner Bros., Johns-Andruk garnered recognition as an accomplished licensing and brand management executive working with recording artists including Paul McCartney and licensing properties featuring “The Simpsons,” Marilyn Monroe and The Wizard of Oz; and most recently running her own licensing and brand management agency.

Additionally, Holly Royer will assume a new role as senior operations manager. An 8-year veteran of DSI, Royer will assist Johns-Andruk on implementation processes and procedures as well as work on special projects to improve the user experience and expand functionality within the various areas of DRM, keeping DRM at the top of the industry.
