In his new role, Weck will spearhead all global operations of CPLG and will report to Aaron Ames, DHX Media’s chief operating officer. “We continue to implement changes to strengthen every aspect of our global organization, and we are confident that Maarten, with his many years of management experience and deep knowledge of the agency business, is the ideal executive to lead CPLG into its next phase of growth,” says Michael Donovan, executive chair and chief executive officer, DHX Media.

Weck has worked for CPLG for 13 years, where he served as the managing director for Northern Europe, the U.K., the Nordic region, Central and Eastern Europe and Benelux (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg).
Before joining CPLG, Weck held positions at Memphis Belle, the Cookie Company and Keesing. In those roles, Weck worked with clients in the book, game, fashion and television
