Centa IP has appointed Gail Mitchell to serve as global chief executive officer and Val Fry to serve as the company’s vice president of licensing.

Centa IP has appointed Gail Mitchell to serve as its global chief executive officer and Val Fry to serve as the company’s vice president of licensing.
In her new role, Mitchell will oversee the company’s Australia and New Zealand business as well as the company’s global team. Centa IP acquired her company, the Fusion Agency, in July 2017.
Meanwhile, Fry will oversee the commercial endeavors of the company’s key brands as well as its growing portfolio of properties in both the U.S. and EMEA. Prior to joining Centa IP, Fry served as the director of licensing at Coolabi, Chapman Entertainment and Gullane Entertainment.
In addition to filling key roles, Centa IP has signed on to represent the global licensing rights for a variety of existing properties including “Monster Teddies,” “Go Away, Unicorn!,” “Watchdog,” “Nate’s Late” and “Kelly’s Mashup.”
Centa IP’s Asia Pacific office will also represent Pocket.Watch and will focus on its YouTube property “Ryan’s Toy Review.”
