CandyRific has announced the appointment of Jeff Greenwald as eastern regional manager for the company. In his role he will be responsible for managing broker organizations east of the Rockies, developing new channels and accounts and building partnerships with key accounts.

Greenwald comes to CandyRific with 25 years of experience in confections and snacks on the broker side of the business. Prior to joining CandyRific, he was in the special markets division at Burdett Beckmann, where he was responsible for selling confections and snacks to a wide variety of retailers and wholesalers across the U.S.

“I am excited to be joining CandyRific and looking forward to being on the ‘other side’ of the manufacturer/broker relationship,” says Greenwald. “As a pop culture junkie, I can’t think of a better fit, and I look forward to helping CandyRific become an even bigger player in the novelty category.”

Greenwald has a B.A. in marketing and an M.B.A. in organizational management, both from the University of Central Florida.

“Jeff’s positive attitude and his wealth of experience in the broker industry led us to choosing him to manage our Eastern Region,” says Clark Taylor, senior vice president, sales and marketing, CandyRific. “His experience with ‘special markets’ and creating new and innovative solutions for the retailers are all very strong skills that we look for at CandyRific.”
