Excell Marketing, a marketing, category management, merchandising services and distribution company, has appointed Timothy Nolan to serve as president of its Bulls-i-Toys division.

In his new position, Nolan will aim to expand the division’s product offerings, licensor partners and retail outlets.

Prior to joining Bulls-i-Toy, Nolan was president of Imperial Toy. Before being appointed president of the company, he also provided strategic and creative direction for the company as the leader of its sales and marketing teams. He has held several buying and analytical roles in the corporate merchandising division of both Target and Walgreens.
