O’Mara previously served as the chief executive officer of Vice U.K. In his new role at Beano Studios, O’Mara will be developing all aspects of the studios’ commercial position including creative agency services, media partnerships, licensing of show franchises and the commercialization of Beano’s Gen Alpha research and insight capabilities. He will report directly to Emma Scott, chief executive officer, Emma Scott.
“It’s an incredible time to be joining the business and the incredible talent across all areas,” says O’Mara. “I was planning to consult for a variety of companies but met Emma and knew Beano Studios was the place for me.
