Perry Ellis International has elected three new directors to its board.

Perry Ellis International has elected three new directors to its board–current PEI president, chief operating officer and vice-chairman of the board Oscar Feldenkreis; former PVH CEO Bruce J. Klatsky; and former Tween Brands CEO Michael W. Rayden.

Oscar Feldenkreis, son of current PEI CEO George Feldenkreis, has been involved in all aspects of Perry Ellis' operations for more than 35 years. In May, George Feldenkreis named Oscar as his successor as CEO when he retires early next year.

Klatsky is the former CEO and chairman of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation. During his 13 years as head of PVH, he led the transformation of a 120 year-old shirt company into one of the largest apparel and footwear companies in the world, overseeing major moves including the acquisition of the Calvin Klein brand.

Rayden is the former president and chief executive officer of apparel specialty

retailer Tween Brands. He has also served as the chief executive officer of other to apparel retailers including Pacific Sunwear of California, Stride Rite and Eddie Bauer.
