XTracks’ “The Future of Licensing” Executive Summit on Thursday, Sept. 12, at the LA offices of United Talent Agency (UTA), will feature a robust lineup of executive thought leaders, world-renowned futurists and top retail executives sharing a roadmap for licensing industry growth today and tomorrow. Supercharged with hands-on sessions, the day is crafted to be a high-level masterclass for industry leaders on the transformative power of AI, the latest digital brands and emerging trends driving consumer buying habits, new e-commerce data and technologies and the greatest opportunities impacting hot categories ranging from toys and food to sports, experiential and gaming. 

Founded by licensing media/event developer, Steven Ekstract, and carefully curated in collaboration with UTA and GennComm LLC., XTracks’ full-day Executive Licensing Summit will be hosted at UTA’s Beverly Hills headquarters with support from event sponsors, Octane 5 and Nolan Heimann.

The Summit will commence with groundbreaking research from UTA IQ, “AI Takes Center Stage – The Real-Time Impact of AI on Creative Media and Marketing.” Panels will explore the significant impact of AI on the licensing business, providing practical tools to help attendees enhance their AI strategies, integrate AI into their workflows, navigate legal implications and get a behind-the-scenes look at the first TV commercial created 

using AI for Toys“R”Us. Additional panels will cover hot topics related to sports, food and entertainment licensing, retail advancements, experiential brand connections, influencers and digital-first properties, e-commerce technologies and pressing issues in the toy industry. 

Attendees will benefit from the “Unleashing the Power of AI Workshop” by TrendHunter’s Futurist, Mark Onufer, and other insights from Business Insider’s CMO-to-Watch, Robin Zucker, who will discuss with Super League’s Matt Edelman, “How to Make AI Your Ultimate Wingman.” Nolan Heimann partner, licensing attorney, David Schnider, will lead a compelling discussion on legal risks associated with AI-generated content, ownership concerns, privacy issues and deep-fake content. 

Sports agent, Daniel Siegel, from The Brandr Group will present a Masterclass on “Name, Image, and Likeness” and athletes as micro-influencers in sports licensing. The summit will also delve into retail innovations such as the Roblox metaverse, live virtual try-ons and successful experiential and food licensing strategies.
