Products of Change Conference Returns with Brand Licensing’s Latest Sustainability Efforts
Products of Change Conference returns to London Nov. 6.
Now in its fifth year, the Products of Change Conference (formerly the Sustainability in Licensing Conference) returns Nov. 6 to the Royal Geographical Society, London.
The conference aims to deliver a day of innovation, sustainability insight, critical leadership discussions and networking opportunities. It will showcase and celebrate all the achievements the brand licensing industry has made in the last year on its journey of sustainable development.
This year’s agenda includes the latest guidance from POC advisors and industry stakeholders on compliance; discussions around circularity from Primark, Dunelm and Pure Table Top; cross-industry collaborations, such as the children’s publishing sector, which has undergone sector-wide change and a plethora of product and system innovations, from digital product passports (DPPs), bio-based fluff for textiles and toys to ethically produced chocolate bars from Tony’s Chocolonely.
“At this year’s POC Conference we are so looking forward to showcasing and celebrating all the achievements our industry has made in the last year on its journey of sustainable development,” says Helena Mansell-Stopher, founder, chief executive officer, Products of Change. “We sincerely hope that this year’s conference agenda will deliver masses of inspiration and food for thought, whether you are a supplier, retailer, brand owner or facilitator on your respective sustainability journey.”
The 2024 Conference will also see the return of the POC Member Awards, aligning with the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
The inaugural POC Member SDG Awards, last year, were presided over by Caroline Petit, European deputy director for the United Nations Regional Information Centre, in a display of POC’s alignment and working relationship with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
In-person and digital tickets for the event are still available, and members who sign into the platform can get 20% off.
