Yo Gabba Gabba co-creator Scott Schultz and his brother Ben Schultz, Yo Gabba Gabba music supervisor, are planning to launch a new television and app brand that bring music, art, puppets and sign language to babies and toddlers–Hi BabyBoo!.

The Schultzs’ have partnered with Night & Day Studios for the project, which launched with Kickstarter campaign last week designed to fund initial development and production of the TV show and mobile app.

"Night & Day has been developing original IP and licensing major brands since the App Store opened in 2008, but this is the first time that we can help develop the brand with an amazing partner like the Schultz brothers and The Magic Store team,” says Nat Sims, chief executive officer, Night & Day. “We know the strengths they bring in television and character creation from our favorite show [“Gabba”], and in turn we can bring our experience creating over a hundred kids' apps.”
