WowWee, a manufacturer of consumer entertainment products, and GameFan, a developer and publisher of games on Roblox, have announced a partnership to bring characters and IP from the metaverse to life.  

WowWee, known for creating toys with Fingerlings, Baby Shark, Got2Glow Fairy Finder and My Squishy Little Dumplings, the first phase of the partnership will introduce physical dolls centered around GameFan’s Twilight Daycare. 

Twilight Daycare allows fans to play as babies, toddlers or caretakers in an immersive social roleplay world filled with experiences from feeding to changing diapers and playing with toys. Inspired by the babies in the game, WowWee and GameFan will introduce a line of dolls that all scan back into the game, unlocking exclusive characters that players can play as and interact with.

"We knew that with the right partner we could merge the two worlds and create exciting toys that can also be brought into the metaverse. We're thrilled to kick off this partnership with game am, starting with such an iconic game like Twilight Daycare."  

The partnership is the first of its kind for both brands, aiming to merge WowWee's experience with IRL play with GameFan's in virtual play. The Twilight Daycare-inspired doll line is the first of many ventures to come from the collaboration.
