m4e has appointed the Moscow-based company brand4rent as the agent for its new kids' series “Wissper” in Russia and the CIS region.

Brand4rent will represent licensing and merchandising and the media rights for the new TV series.

The show is aimed at preschool children and follows the adventures of a young girl who can communicate with animals, which she helps to solve their problems.

“'Wissper' is traveling the world. After major markets such as the U.S. and Latin America, we are confident that the appeal of the brand will also attract girls in the Russian Federation territories,” says Bernd Conrad, head of licensing, m4e. “Being a dynamic and growing company, we are thrilled to be working with brand4rent as our counterpart in the important Russian market."
