Sixteen South has tapped WDR MediaGroup to distribute its upcoming live action children’s series “WildWoods” internationally.

The new series is an adventure puppet comedy based on an odd couple: Cooper, a sasquatch, and Poppy, a Sugar-glider. In each episode, a simple task usually goes wrong as Cooper’s sheltered indoor experience makes him ill-prepared for outdoor living.

The series will be filmed this summer and has already been acquired by RTÉ in Ireland and ABC Kids in Australia.
