Metropolis and Cartoon Junction will play host to a variety of branded rides, attractions, shops and restaurants.

MIDDLE EAST–Warner Bros. has released additional information regarding two of six lands at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi–Metropolis and Cartoon Junction.

For Metropolis, Warner Bros. has unveiled a variety of attractions including Superman 360: Battle for Metropolis; Justice League: Warworld Attacks, which will utilize a variety of media and special effects; the Green Lantern: Galactic Odyssey, a 4D "flying theater” featuring multi-sensory special effects; and Teen Titans Training Academy, a multi-level play area featuring a zip line and other physical activities.

Metropolis will also include a host of dining options and themed shops including Ace O’ Clubs, Bibbo Bibbowski’s quick service restaurant, Park Ridge Market, Zatanna Books & Magical Curiosities and the Justice League Hero Supply. The Front Page Photo will also allow guests to make the front-page of the Daily Planet and purchase special editions of the newspaper from the Daily Planet Newsstand.

Meanwhile, Cartoon Junction’s town square will feature a variety of attractions including the Tom and Jerry Swiss Cheese Spin and Scooby-Doo: The Museum of Mysteries. Other attractions will include Ani-Mayhem, an interactive dark ride; Meet Bugs! (and Daffy), an original walk- through experience at the downtown theater; and the Cartoon Junction Carousel.

Cartoon Junction will also host the ACME Factory, which features three kid-friendly rides and dining options including the ACME Commissary, Huckleberry Hound Pies, Penelope Pitstop Cotton Candy, Daffy Snacks and Yogi Bear and Boo Boo Ice Cream. Souvenir shops at Cartoon Junction will comprise of the ACME Company Store, C.J. Mercantile, Cartoon Junction’s General Store, the Hare Salon and Fudd Hardware.

Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is slated to open on Yas Island in summer.
