Anime and manga series grows with apparel, toys, stationery and more.

Viz Media Europe has secured seven new partners to develop merchandise based on its anime and manga property “One-Punch Man.”

The new products will cover a variety of categories including apparel, textiles, toys and more, and will feature characters from the series and more.

New European licensees include Abysse Corp for textiles, bags, accessories and tableware;

Semic, Just Toys, Tsume and Sakami for toys, collectibles and statues; and GB Eye and Kazé for stationery.

“‘One-Punch Man’ is a strong potential license which has already received a warm welcome from the public,” says Aâdil Tayouga, manager, licensing and retail, EMEA, Viz Media Europe. “We are very glad to build upon this success, in partnership with leading licensees in Europe, in order to deliver quality products to the fan base.”

“One-Punch Man” follows the story of Saitama, an average-guy-turned-superhero who always defeats his enemies in one punch.
