Apparel company TVMania U.K. is planning a new clothing range for Mattel’s superhero brand Max Steel.

The line will include apparel, nightwear, underwear, swimwear and accessories, and will launch at retail in fall/winter.

“With their innovative creative and depth of U.K. retail distribution, we are excited to be partnering with TVMania for our latest boys’ brand Max Steel and look forward to launching in autumn of this year,” says Helena Mansell-Stopher, head of U.K. and Nordic licensing, Mattel.

The “Max Steel” TV series currently airs on CiTV and Nickelodeon in the U.K. and also features toys, games and a variety of other licensed merchandise in the country.

"At TVMania we are always looking to work with the hottest and freshest brands, and Max Steel certainly fits the bill,” says Monika Albers, vice president of licensing, TVMania. “It is a great success with boys, and this will translate into a strong performance at retail for this exciting new range.”
