Toei Animation will be presenting its series “Saint Seiya Ω” and “Driland” for international distribution for the first time at MIPTV this week.

Previously available only inside of Japan, both series are now entering their second season.

“We are delighted to announce the global availability of ‘Saint Seiya Ω’ and ‘Driland,’” says Hiroyuki Kinoshita, managing director, Toei Animation. “The worldwide embrace of these series conveys Toei’s ongoing commitment to programming that speaks to audiences on an international level.”

“Saint Seiya Ω” is based on one of Japan’s most popular and longest-running anime series, which in turn is based on the popular manga by Masami Kurumada. The series follows a group of youth clad in the mystical Cloth armor.

“Driland” brings the popular mobile game of the same name to life. The series follows Princess Davina and her band of heroes as they search for the most revered treasure in Driland.
