Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products has appointed The Licensing Company to represent its suite of brands in a number of key European regions including Germany, France, Benelux, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

TLC will establish and grow the licensing business for Fox Consumer Products brands including "The Simpsons," "Family Guy," "Sons of Anarchy," Ice Age, Rio and Avatar, among others.

“We are excited to have TLC as our new licensing agency in key countries in Europe," says Roz Nowicki, executive vice president, global sales and retail, Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products. "They are known for building brands and creating innovative programs, and we believe TLC will apply their expertise to our rich television and theatrical portfolio, resulting in increased growth for our properties."

Working with FCP, TLC plans to develop creative strategies for these brands that go beyond the traditional approach, with a focus on franchise building and retail expansion.
