

TLC will establish and grow the licensing business for Fox Consumer Products brands including "The Simpsons," "Family Guy," "Sons of Anarchy,"
Ice Age, Rio
and
Avatar
, among others.

Working with FCP, TLC plans to develop creative strategies for these brands that go beyond the traditional approach, with a focus on franchise building and retail expansion.
