Studio 100 will raise the curtain on its new musical production of the turbulent background of World War One Sunday at the Nekkerhal theater in Mechelen, Belgium.

Developed to mark the centenary of WWI, “14-18” is designed to immerse the audience in the devastating affects a war of this magnitude can have on the lives of everyday people. More than 100,000 tickets have already been sold.

The play is performed in Dutch, but several English-speaking performances with an English cast are planned.

“14-18” is a collaboration between Studio 100, Frank Van Laecke, Dirk Brossé and Allard Blom.
