Asian media company CJ E&M has sold its new animated preschool series "Super Wings" to new broadcasters in the Americas.

Sprout will premiere the series in the U.S. on March 14, while Discovery Kids launch the series in Latin America in the second quarter. CJ E&M has already placed the series on Canal Plus’ Piwi+ (France), SVT (Sweden), YLE (Finland) and EBS (South Korea).

Alpha Animation and Culture is the master toy partner for the brand and the newly formed Auldey Toys of North America, a subsidiary of Alpha Animation and Culture, will launch the initial U.S. toy line at Toys 'R' Us in October in advance of a national retail rollout in spring 2016.

"Super Wings" (52 x11) features a jet plane named Jett that travels around the world delivering packages to children and solves the problems he encounters with a group of airplanes known as the Super Wings that can transform into robots.

The characters visit 52 cities in 45 countries over the course of the first season.
