According to multiple sources, the Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair in Nuremberg, Germany, has been canceled for 2022.
The cancellation was partly due to the surge of the Omicron variant of COVID-19 in the area, which caused multiple exhibitor cancellations for the event.
According to sources, show organizers sent an email to exhibitors on Jan. 13 regarding the event's cancellation.
