Nerd Corps Entertainment has partnered with Shout! Factory and Screenvision for a new feature film based on its TV series, “Slugterra.”

Slugterra Return of the Elementals, which will see a limited theatrical release in the U.S. this August, will feature the new character Junjie, a master of the mysterious slugslinging art of Slug Fu. Continuing on the storyline of the TV series, The five members of the Shane Gang must protect the he ancient Elemental Slugs from an evil alliance set on using them to destroy the 99 caverns.
