Nerd Corps’ action-comedy series “Slugterra” premiered on Channel 5 last Saturday, further expanding the show’s U.K. presence.

“Slugterra” made its U.K. debut on Disney XD in March 2013. The brand is represented in licensing by CPLG, which has already built a roster of partners that includes Jakks Pacific for toys. Jakks’ toy line will kick off with a line of blasters, dart packs and collectible slug figures at Smyth’s, Toys ‘R’ Us and The Entertainer this  fall/winter.
