Theme park ride will feature a branded, 360-degree virtual reality adventure.

Warner Bros. has tapped Six Flags Fiesta Texas to debut the world’s first Superman-themed virtual reality roller coaster.

The Superman Krypton Coaster will feature six inversions and 70 mile-per-hour twists and turns, as well as a 360-degree virtual reality adventure. Wearing VR headsets, guests will be transported straight into Metropolis alongside Superman to help the hero defeat Lex Luthor and his army of Lexbots.

The VR experience will also debut on Superman-branded coasters at Six Flags New England and Six Flags America.

The Superman Krypton Coaster is now open at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
