Expanded agreement will allow Jakks’ to develop a range of costumes and dress-up items, among other toys, for the superhero brand.

NORTH AMERICA–Saban Brands and Jakks Pacific have extended their long-term licensing agreement for Saban’s superhero property “Power Rangers.”

The updated, multi-year agreement will grant the toy manufacturer the exclusive rights to manufacture, market and distribute adult and kids Halloween costumes, accessories and dress-up items based on the “Power Rangers” TV series and Power Rangers live-action films in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Jakks will also have the rights to develop toys such as ride-ons, ball pits, indoor furniture and other seasonal categories in the U.S. and Canada.
