The Pokémon Company, in partnership with fashion designer Yoshio Kubo, has debuted a new projection-based art installation as part of Pitti Immagine Uomo, a collection of men’s fashion shows and events in Florence, Italy.

The new art installation demonstrates the various stages of fashion creation and utilizes a range of different-sized mirrored pyramids as well as projections featuring Pikachu and PokéBalls. The installation marks the brand’s first presence at a high-profile fashion event.

The Pokémon-themed art installation debuted during Kubo’s catwalk presentation last week and was on show to the public during Pitti Immagine Uomo, which took place June 13-16. Following the installation, The Pokémon Company will continue to seek partners in the fashion space.
