Pokémon Teams Up with Asda for Pokémon Day

has partnered with ASDA to bring customers special events at six of its major U.K. stores across February and March. The collaboration celebrates Pokémon Day on Feb. 27 and heralds the launch of a new Pokémon toy range and a new trading card game (TCG) release. 

The immersive activity includes character visits from Pikachu along with a huge coloring wall bursting with Pokémon for shoppers to color in. There are also activity sheets and Pikachu sun visors for customers to take home. A selection of products from across the popular Pokémon toy line and the TCG will be on display for shoppers to browse and purchase.  

The ASDA stores began staging Pokémon events on Feb. 25, with additional events planned at these stores: 

March 3: West Bridgford 

March 4: Derby 

March 10: Pudsey 

March 11: Trafford Park
