Photog Gets Candid with Marvel Superheroes

The collaboration, Marvel’s first partnership with an artist for photo-real artwork, places Marvel superheroes in Bridges’ photography of real-world environments. Hidden Heroes, Bridges’ first collection, will feature Marvel superheroes in with Bridge’s photos, and immersed in environments that reflect their origins stories. Shots include Ant-Man and the Wasp in an aerial beach shot; Black Panther Mountain in the fog; and Spider-Man in the shadows as a skateboarder flies overhead.

“We loved the idea of the characters being hidden in the images, almost like Easter eggs,” says Bridges. “Not only does trying to find them serve as a conversation starter, but their more subtle placement allows for a more sophisticated piece that can serve as the focal point of a home or office while still nodding to the owner’s love of Marvel.”
