PGS to Sell New Chipmunks Series

The series, which will premiere in early 2015, is the chipmunk’s first TV show in 20 years. PGS plans to present the CGI animation at MIPCOM this fall.

The series was created by Ross Bagdasarian–son of the Chipmunks’ original creator Ross Bagdasarian Sr.–and his wife Janice Karman.

“The new series produced by Bagdasarian Productions and Genao Productions will really surprise people. It’s stunning in CGI and the original music is fantastic. We look forward to introducing the series to broadcasters at MIPCOM this fall,” says Philippe Soutter, co-founder and president, PGS Entertainment.
