PGS also represents the series for distribution around the world, excluding the U.S. and France, and will now represent the brand for licensing and merchandising worldwide, excluding North America.
The partners recently announced a broadcast deal with Nickelodeon to air two seasons of the show on more than 70 Nick channels around the world.
PGS will work with Bagdasarian Productions on the licensing and merchandising strategy and all aspects of the iconic brand’s development and consumer products roll out.

The series, which will premiere in early 2015, is the chipmunk’s first TV show in 20 years. Commissioned by M6 in France, the show was created by Ross Bagdasarian–son of the Chipmunks’ original creator Ross Bagdasarian Sr.–and his wife Janice Karman.
The CG-animated show will offer a fresh take on the classic adventures of Alvin, Simon, Theodore and The Chipettes. Each new episode will feature a new original song produced by Bagdasarian.

PGS will showcase the new Alvinnn!!! and The Chipmunks licensing program at Licensing Expo June 17-19 in Las Vegas, Nev.
