Entertainment One Licensing continues to expand the Peppa Pig brand in the U.S. with the launch of birthday-themed content and products.

The new Peppa Pig “My Birthday Party” DVD marks the brand’s first-ever U.S. retail-wide national DVD launch and feature 12 regular episodes, two bonus episodes and educational extras. The DVD will launch March 18 and will be followed by “Peppa Pig’s Party Time app from P2 Games March 27. Featuring characters, music and sound effects from the hit TV show, the app features seven party-themed games and activities designed for preschoolers. 

Two new licensees have also joined the Peppa party­–Bakery Crafts is planning cake top decor, cupcake rings and edible Icing Art that will be available in May; and Pioneer Balloon Company will create a line of balloons available this month.

The new additions complement the brand’s existing U.S. partners including Fisher-Price (toys), Scholastic, Candlewick Press and Pen Wizard (publishing) and VTech (digital content).
