Olly Ltd. has appointed a licensing agent in the U.K. and Ireland for its Olly the Little White Van brand and appointed a licensing and marketing veteran to its board.

Start Licensing will drive the Olly licensing and merchandising program in the U.K. and Ireland, and advise the brand on its global campaign as additional agencies are appointed around the world.

Additionally, Simon Spalding, who has held licensing and marketing roles at Hasbro, DreamWorks and FremantleMedia, has joined the Olly board as a non-executive director.
