Henry Becket, the creator of the TV series "Olly the Little White Van," has announced a series of new broadcast deals for the show.

Tokyo-based Fine Films has signed on to distribute the first two seasons of the series on DVD in Japanese beginning in early 2015, while Dutch-language children’s channel NPO Zapp plans to air all 65 episodes daily in the Netherlands starting next week.

Istanbul children’s channel Yumurcak started broadcasting "Olly" twice daily in Turkish last month and the first Russian-language episodes have just been posted on YouTube through XMedia, in a deal brokered by AWOL of Paris.

“These new and recent deals bring to almost 50 the number of markets in which ‘Olly’ is aired, with a potential children’s audience now measuring hundreds of millions,” says Becket. “What’s more, after a very promising reception at this year’s MIPCOM, discussions are at an advanced stage with many more territory broadcasters.”

Plans to release a second DVD of the series in the U.K. in 2015 are also in the works.
