Nifty Games Launches ‘NFL Clash’

New game allows players to choose from the NFL's players to create own team.

The National Football League (NFL), the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and Nifty Games have teamed up to launch a new app, “NFL Clash.”  

The quick-session, head-to-head NFL mobile game, is now available worldwide for free download in the App Store and Google Play.  

OneTeam Partners, the group licensing partner of the NFLPA leading their digital media business, facilitated the NFLPA licensing deal. 

"The NFL is thrilled to partner with Nifty Games on the worldwide launch of ‘NFL Clash,’" says Rachel Hoagland, vice president, gaming and partnership management, The National Football League. "Knowing the enormous love for video games among our fanbase and the ever-growing popularity of mobile gaming, ‘NFL Clash’ will truly resonate with our audience." 

In addition, Josh Allen, quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, and Kyler Murray, quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals, are the game's featured cover athletes. 

"The incredible football skills and personality attributes of NFL players add both authenticity and excitement to games like ‘NFL Clash’ – and working with Josh and Kyler, who truly love the game play, creates even deeper engagement among gamers," says Terése Whitehead, vice president, consumer products and strategy, NFL Players Inc., the marketing and licensing arm of the NFLPA. 

Officially licensed through the NFL and the NFLPA, “NFL Clash” allows fans to draft their ultimate football dream team from a lineup of the NFL's players, and challenge rivals in head-to-head matches.  

In addition to Allen and Murray, the game will feature more than 120 current players and legends from every team, including Dallas Cowboy's Ezekiel Elliott, New York Giants' Saquon Barkley, Carolina Panthers' Christian McCaffrey, Kansas City Chiefs' Tyreek Hill, Green Bay Packers' Davante Adams and more.
