Nickelodeon has greenlit three new series–“Lip Sync Battle Shorties,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and “The Adventure of Kid Danger and Captain Man.”

First, “Lip Sync Battle Shorties” will serve as a spinoff of Spike’s TV series “Lip Sync Battle” and will feature real-life kids lip syncing pop songs. The 10-episode series will begin production later this year and is set to premiere in the fall.

Meanwhile, the entertainment network will reimagine its global franchise “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” with an all-new, 26-episode series, titled “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” (working title). The new series will follow the band of brothers as they encounter new allies and villains and discover a magical world they never knew existed beneath New York City. “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” is set to launch in fall 2018.

Finally, “The Adventures of Kid Danger and Captain Man” (working title) will be based on characters from the kids’ series “Henry Danger” and will follow Kid Danger and Captain Man as they face new adventures, including battling criminals and super villains with their wit and crime-fighting skills.
