Fashion U.K. will release two t-shirts designs for the popular preschool series later this month via VanillaUnderground.com.

EUROPE–The Coolabi Group has teamed up with Fashion U.K. to produce a range of “Clangers”-themed t-shirts for adults.

The new t-shirts, which will be available in a range of colors, will utilize the brand’s new adult nostalgia-led style guide and will feature the series’ popular characters as well as a variety of slogans.

In crafting the new t-shirts, Coolabi turned to Facebook, where it presented four designs and asked fans to vote for their favorites. Voting for the “Clangers” t-shirt designs closed on July 24 and the two winning designs are slated to roll out on VanillaUnderground.com by the end of August.

“We have a unique brand with ‘Clangers;’ it’s loved by toddlers and preschoolers watching it on CBeebies today, but we know there is also a huge amount of love from the generations that remember watching it when they were children," says Fée Heyer, senior licensing manager, Coolabi Group. "We wanted to hear from these passionate adult fans, so we asked them which t-shirt designs they would prefer to see go into production and the response has been fantastic.”
