Curve Digital will produce a game that mirrors the storylines of the Netflix series.
NORTH AMERICA–Gaumont, producer of the Netflix series "Narcos", has signed a deal with U.K. video game publisher Curve Digital to produce a console game based on the series.
Evolution USA, Gaumont's global licensing agency, brokered the deal.
The partnership will see Curve Digital’s sister company, Kuju, develop a game that mirrors the storylines and action of the series, which chronicles the lives of drug lords and cocaine trafficking around the world.
The "Narcos" video game will be released on all major formats including PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox One in spring 2019.
