MIPCOM: ‘Furchester Hotel’ Opens on YouTube

On Tuesday three full episodes of the 11 X 52 series premiered on Sesame Street’s YouTube channel, following the recent launch of “The Furchester Hotel” on CBeebies in the U.K. A new episode will roll out every week on Friday, making it “Furchester Friday” on Sesame Street’s YouTube channel.

“We are so thrilled that children in the U.K. are currently laughing and learning from ‘The Furchester Hotel’ and that families all over the world will be able to see the series by having full episodes on YouTube,” says Terry Fitzpatrick, chief content and distribution officer, Sesame Workshop. “Sesame Workshop is proud to make ‘The Furchester Hotel’ its first series to be made fully available online for free.”
