Mattel, WildBrain Ink Distribution Deals for ‘Fireman Sam,’ ‘Polly Pocket’
Mattel and WildBrain will distribute “Fireman Sam” and “Polly Pocket” across Europe and North America.

Global toy and family entertainment company, Mattel, and Wildbrain, global kids’ and family entertainment producer, have secured multiple new distribution deals for animated kids’ shows, “Fireman Sam” and “Polly Pocket,” based on the Mattel brands. The deals are part of a multiyear co-development, production, distribution and licensing agreement between Mattel and WildBrain.

“Fireman Sam”
“Fireman Sam” Season 16 has secured new distribution deals across Europe, including Cartoonito (Italy, U.K.), RTÉ (Ireland), NRK (Norway) and others. In Germany, KiKA acquired Season 16 and the special, “Alien Alert.” Deals also extend to other European regions, including Switzerland and Poland. Internationally, WildBrain inked agreements with Hoopla Digital, Télé-Québec and Crave (Canada) and launched “Fireman Sam” channels on FAST platforms, including LG Channels, Samsung TV Plus and Sling Freestream.
“Polly Pocket” Season 6 is available through several networks, including Cartoonito (Italy), ITVX Kids (U.K.) and Canal+ (Poland). Older seasons also landed deals with Hoopla (U.S., Canada), Crave (Canada) and other platforms. A “Polly Pocket” FAST channel launched on The Roku Channel (U.S.), featuring both the new and classic series, along with several “Polly Pocket” films. Peacock and Samsung TV Plus also launched various seasons on their AVOD and SVOD platforms.
