Mattel Creations, the theatrical, TV and digital content creation division of Mattel, has signed its first network for the brand-new animated series “WellieWishers,” which is inspired by the American Girl brand.

European broadcaster Tiny Pop has greenlit a second season of the show and will the 11-minute episodes.

“WellieWishers” currently airs exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in the U.S.

The series also has a companion range of dolls, accessories and early chapter books, as well as digital play experiences which launched in June.
