ETS Studios has announced the appointment of Maria Giovanna Gurrieri as the new head of its licensing division. With over 25 years of experience in the licensing industry, Maria Giovanna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Her background includes a decade at Warner Bros., where she worked on franchises like Harry Potter, Looney Tunes and DC Comics superheroes.

Following her time at Warner Bros., Maria Giovanna worked in fashion at Versace before establishing the licensing division for the hit publishing series, “Geronimo Stilton.” She then joined WildBrain CPLG as managing director of its Italian office, where she spent ten years helping to launch and expand popular franchises such as The Simpsons, DreamWorks Animation characters, Minions, LOL Surprise!, Peanuts, Pink Panther and numerous film releases.
