Artist and contemporary fashion designer Lauren Moshi has teamed up with Grateful Dead Productions for a limited edition collection of apparel and handbags.  Moshi has reinterpreted symbols and graphics from the Grateful Dead archives for a collaboration that brings together the worlds of fashion, art and music.

“We are thrilled to partner with Lauren Moshi and her team,” says Sara Nemerov, senior vice president and head of global consumer products and brand licensing, Warner Music Group. “This is a very exciting collaboration for us.”

The Lauren Moshi x Grateful Dead collection consists of original Lauren Moshi drawings on tees, tanks, pants, sweatshirts, dresses and totes for more than 40 different styles.

“The Grateful Dead moved an entire generation with their incredible music and message,” said Moshi. “Fans of our brand are strongly influenced by creative forces in all aspects of our culture, and because of this, Lauren Moshi x Grateful Dead made so much sense. It’s an incredible collaboration that shows how fashion and the arts go hand-in-hand.”

The Lauren Moshi x Grateful Dead collection will launch at online and specialty retail boutiques such as well as the Lauren Moshi flagship boutique in Los Angeles, Calif., over the next six months.
