Epic Rights has partnered to create the new "KISS Official Photo App," which lets fans customize photos, texts and more with images of the rock band.

Featuring KISS makeup, costumes, instruments and iconography, the app lets fans put themselves and their friends together with the band through pictures, messages, emoticons and photo frames. Among the visuals available are photos of KISS band members Gene, Paul, Tommy and Eric; makeup, costumes and accessories from the band; the exact instruments the band uses; KISS animated emoticons; KISS album art; KISS photo frames; and KISS body imagery, such as Gene's demon tongue, Paul’s Starchild boots and the band's face-paint styles.

The app also includes a texting feature that allows users to send KISS emoji and animated GIFs.

Additionally, the "KISS Official Photo App" will be the focal point of periodic KISS Me! contests where fans will be able to submit their KISSified photos for the chance to win prizes including KISS memorabilia, apparel and trips to meet the band.

The "KISS Official Photo App" debuts for iOS smartphones in the Apple App Store today with versions for Android smartphones and iPads to follow in early 2015.

The app will be updated periodically with additional in-line packs. The first of these is a new feature called KISS Yourself!, coming in mid-December. The add-on will offer video capabilities that allow fans to put themselves right in the middle of a KISS concert video, complete with real audio and instruments.
